LA FRUTTA E LA VERDURA – FRUIT AND VEGETABLES

Our produce section features italian and locally grown fruits and vegetables, we select the best quality and seasonal products from farmers and producers that share with us the love with fresh and healthy products.

I LATTICINI – DAIRY

For our dairy selection, we share fresh milk, cream, butter, and yogurt from small sustainable farms across Denmark. You might be surprised to hear that we use the same milk that we sell to make our creamy cappuccini and macchiati at caffè Lavazza!

I SALUMI E I FORMAGGI – CURED MEATS AND CHEESES

At Eataly, we showcase the passion for salumi and formaggi by importing traditional varieties from Italy. Guests may choose from over 300 cheeses and cured meats and have them cut to order at our counter or pick up freshly-sliced varieties in our modified-atmosphere packaging.

LA CARNE – MEAT

At Eataly, we source our meat from clean, sustainable farms and ranches where the animals graze daily in open pastures and are humanely handled. We are proud to say that the meat we offer is Fassona Piemontese breed, a slow food presidium, from “La Granda” in piedmont. Also the other type of meats are selected following the same strict criteria of no antibiotics, no added hormones, no growth promoting drugs!

LA MOZZARELLA

The national queen of cheeses, there is nothing like a fresh mozzarella on the plate to represent the italian table! Discover the differences between mozzarella fiordilatte and mozzarella di bufala, and take some home with you to experiment this versatile cheese in a classic salad or tossed and melted in a pasta dish.

LA PASTA FRESCA – FRESH PASTA

Egidio Michelis, together with his sons Marco, Cristina and Mario, makes artisanal hand made pasta in their pastificio in Mondovì (Cn). Founded by their grandfather in 1919, three family generations are devoted to handmade pasta: they knead water, flour and eggs and create delicious fillings, following tradition and being always showing great respect for the raw materials.
